  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Today Assign. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
  2. Services
    Today Assign provides tools to help individuals and organizations organize their work. Users can access the platform on a subscription basis.
  3. Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation
    Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for users' personal and non-commercial use. Users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services.
  4. Subscription and Payment
    • Users may access the platform for a 1 month trial period without charge.
    • After the trial period, users will be charged a subscription fee.
    • Payment must be made within 1 month after the trial period ends
  5. Account Cancellation
    If the subscription fee is not paid within the specified time frame (1 month), the user's account will be canceled, and access to the platform will be revoked.
  6. User Responsibilities
    Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must adhere to the platform’s acceptable use policy and refrain from any unlawful activities. Users agree to notify Mindset Dynamic Ltd immediately of any unauthorized use of their account. Mindset Dynamic Ltd will not be liable for any loss that users may incur as a result of someone else using their password or account, either with or without their knowledge. Users may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
  7. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
    As a condition of usage of the Services, users will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts or computer systems, through hacking, password mining or any other means.

    We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms & Conditions or any unlawful activities.

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

    Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
